The Benguet Provincial Library as a repository of knowledge serves the public’s information needs, generally not only through books but also with the use of modern information “Information Communication Technology”.
The library extends other services such as trains library staff and municipal / barangay librarian – designates, students who are On the Job Training, does storytelling and film showing to all library customers especially during National Book Week Celebration.
